Thank you for visiting and shopping at ILOVECABRAND. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy and Shipment processing time:

 

All orders are expected to be processed within 2-3 business days and be shipped via USPS priority mail with a track number. Orders are shipped on weekdays and Saturdays, except holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of potential delay.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

 

All the ‘Package Specials’ on the ILOCABRAND website includes free USPS first Class Shipping.

 

If you request to receive your order via overnight express or 2 days Overnight delivery, they are only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United and that will be charged separately.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

 

THE ILOVECABRAND ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

 

THE ILOVECABRAND is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages:

 

THE ILOVECABRAND will replace any products damaged and/or lost during shipping upon proofing. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to start a replacement claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
